Ingredients

  • 1lbs tuna steak
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice

Directions

  1. Heat pan with butter & oil
  2. Mix spices and rub top & bottom of steaks
  3. Sear each side to taste. Rare is about 1m/side on high heat (dependent on thickness).
