Kathy's Glühweinkuchen

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 300 g Butter
- 300 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 3 tbs Cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Gingerbread spice
- 1 pack Chocolate shavings
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 125ml mulled wine
- 3 tsp baking powder
- cake icing, chocolate
Directions
- Mix everything except the chocolate icing into a batter and put it in a greased Bundt cake tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Cover in chocolate icing.
