Ingredients
- 1lbs tuna steak
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
Directions
- Heat pan with butter & oil
- Mix spices and rub top & bottom of steaks
- Sear each side to taste. Rare is about 1m/side on high heat (dependent on thickness).
